With 20 years of experience practicing law, Robert Tully has worked in the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor, clerked for a Circuit Court judge, and grew in private practice from an associate to partner. During and following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Levitz of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. As a state’s attorney, he was appointed head of both the Juvenile and Gang Divisions. With 90% of his practice devoted to litigation, Robert Tully is a trial attorney who excels in the area of domestic and criminal law. He also handles all landlord/tenant-related civil litigation and handles matters of general civil litigation.
